Using The Store
Any order you start will remain in your cart for 30 days, so you can come back to it later. There are 100 products in the store so the easiest way to find something specific is to use the search bar at the top of the page.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, many different ways to pay have been set up in the store. PayPal, Credit Card, AfterPay, PayLater, Bank transfer may take a few days to CBA. Hint; to bypass the 24 hour hold on your money by Osko, pay $1 first, and then the balance of your order will go through easily.
Direct deposit is an available option during checkout. The bank details will be displayed for you to deposit to, please email me to let me know you made a deposit. It will hasten the processing of your order as I only check bank account occasionally. Once the money has cleared, your order will be dispatched, and an email will let you know.
For the bricks n mortar shop in Mullalyup, cash, credit card, Square, Debit and bank transfers are also available.
New features include 3rd party merchant accounts, like PayLater and Afterpay so you can buy it now and pay later, or in installments.
Shipping
Shipping is a fixed price as per Auspost charges. I’ve kept it at the minimum regardless of the postage hikes many times per year. This is for regular post. Express post can be requested.
Where possible, packaging contains recycled materials and I encourage you to re-purpose them 
How Long?
It takes 1-2 days to get your parcel into the post, unless I need to make that product then it is a 2- 3 day wait. The rest is up to Australia Post. Usually 7-10 days to Eastern states.
Express post is recommended. A tracking number is provided with your order and emails will keep you updated.
